Conservitas™ provides California attorneys and judgment enforcers with the support services that they need to collect their clients' judgments, including the investigation and preparation of discovery of debtors and their assets, the preparation and service of various judgment enforcement documents such as the judgment form, abstracts of judgments, writs of execution, creditor's suits, fraudulent transfer and alter ego motions, assignment orders, and receiver appointments. Very simply: We draft it -- you use it. But we can also be retained to develop collection strategies and to act as the quarterback of an enforcement campaign. Conservitas™ is neither a private investigator nor a collection agency. We do not accept cases involving consumer collections, such as credit card collections, or cases where the amount of the judgment is less than $100,000. Our services are provided on an hourly basis only, with our fees and costs being paid by the owner of the judgment. We may require retainers in particular matters. We can also provide receivership services and assignments for the benefit of creditors. Conservitas™ also arranges for the sale or assignment-for-collection of judgments exceeding $100,000.
